⚒️Forged Equipment Stats

Another Feature of RagnaHub is the adoption of Weapon Stats (forged by blacksmith). Each time a Blacksmith/Whitesmith Forges a weapon, there are chances that the weapon will contain stats based on the Whitesmith's Rank(/blacksmith)

HIT	1~20	100%	Ranker and Non-Ranker
ASPD	1~10	33%	Rank 1 and 2 Blacksmith
Crit	1~4	33%	Rank 1 and 2 Blacksmith
Flee	1~20	33%	Rank 1 and 2 Blacksmith

Top 1 and Top 2 Blacksmiths can forge at a maximum of 5 Stats per weapon, and a guaranteed 3 Stats Weapon.

Top 3 to 10 Blacksmiths can forge a maximum and guaranteed 2 Stats Weapon

Non-ranker Blacksmiths can forge a maximum and guaranteed 1 Stat Weapon (HIT)
